I have searched for some tutorials for simple custom templates using the EE3 Custom Templates Add-on. I’ve had no luck.
The Themeroller option looks even more complicated than hacking the CSS to do what I want… Please help. Thanks!

Maybe it will help to know what you’re looking to do with a Event Espresso 3 custom template tutorial? Do you want to create a new template, modify an existing template, load in some custom CSS, or something else?

I want to change things like the label column of the questions, the background coloring, etc. This isn’t immediately obvious using the Add-on. I’ve hacked some customizations in, but I’m far from pleased with my results.

Hi Brandon,
It seems that you are mostly focused on the CSS aspects (colours etc). Most CSS changes can be added to either the bottom of the themes style.css file or via a plugin such as My Custom CSS.
We do not have any tutorials regarding CSS changes.
There are many general tutorials already available on CSS and using a browser’s inspector:
