My website is http://www.miraclepromotions.com. I have the Event Espresso 3 something. I installed the Event Espresso Decaf plug in, and it appears to have completely obliterated my site. I am in the middle of an Event tour. HELP!!!

Hi Kathryn,

It sounds like you’ve activated EE3 and EE4 (Decaf) at the same time.

You can only have one version of Event Espresso activate at any one time.

To fix this you’ll need FTP access to the site, do you have that? Or access to anything similar to cPanel?

I bought a $70.00 ticket to support, and now I can’t even enter my info on it, it just keeps beeping. Don’t know what to do. Don’t know what FTP is.

Hi Kathryn,

Any field with * next to the field name is required.

Can you check you have provided all of the details within the form with a * next to the field name please.
