  1. If a customer is purchasing multiple tickets for an event will they be prompted to enter each attendee’s information? for example if they are purchasing 5 tickets will they have 5 info boxes to complete?
  2. Will each attendee have a different ticket number?
  3. After payment will the tickets be emailed to the customer?
  4. Is there a separate line to charge a processing or a surcharge for to each attendee?
  5. Can a list of attendees be printed from the back end?

  1. The administrator has several different options. They can allow the attendee to purchase multiple tickets without asking for information on the additional attendees, or they can allow the attendee to purchase multiple tickets while asking for attendee information on each ticket.
  2. If you gather attendee information for each ticket, then they will have unique attendee ids on them.
  3. The post-payment email can contain a link to the ticket, which can be printed out as html or pdf.
  4. You can set a global surcharge that is applied to all prices, or set an individual surcharge on each price.
  5. You can export the list of attendees to an excel spreadsheet, which can then be printed.
