I am still setting up Event Espresso for the first time.
I am very confused. Even though I have a ticket template selected in the event, every confirmation email for tickets is formatted exactly like the template in the “general settings” section of Event expresso.
The confirmation email isn’t actually the ticket, the confirmation email can contain a link to the ticket but they are completely separate.
We can help work through this and explain how to use them both, however to confirm are you using EE3 or EE4?
