After changing IP addresses due to a server issue, my event espresso no longer works. The rest of the site works fine, and not only do registrations not process and not direct customers to the payment page, but the registration pages also don’t maintain the same aesthetic as the rest of the site (like they used to before this change).

Any ideas on what could be causing this and what could help?
Thank you in advance.

It will help to know the nature of the server issue, and a link to the reg page may help too.

I use WPEngine and the 3rd party server that was hosting my site had to null the IP addresses of the all the WPEngine sites due to a DDOS attack. WPEngine moved my site to a different server and that’s when my event espresso registration pages went wacky and stopped working.

Here is the page with all of the current registration options: http://www.jakesatprep.com/sat-prep-course-information/
Here is one of the actual registration pages: https://www.jakesatprep.com/event-registration/?ee=91

This issue has brought my business to a complete halt. Thank you for taking the time to look into this.

Hello,

I noticed that the event registration pages appear to have a broken styling so I looked at a WordPress page and I’m seeing the same issue there.

It appears that jQuery is not loading on pages that use HTTPS. Here is an example of a page that is not using HTTPS:

http://www.jakesatprep.com/the-sat/ (screenshot: http://cl.ly/3u2z0v1L1G1m)

Then if you change the URL to use HTTPS:

https://www.jakesatprep.com/the-sat/ (screenshot: http://cl.ly/1M3j1w370I2C)

Are you using any kind of plugin that offer any performance optimization features? If so, I would try deactivating that plugin.

If you are not using a plugin with that feature, then try reaching out to WP Engine support as the above can be reproduced on other pages such as your testimonials page.
