Hi,

I messed up. I had no idea EE4 was a brand new version of EE. Is there any way I can get a refund on EE4 and purchase EE3? I don’t like the “ticket” aspect of it because my events are online tournaments, not actual live things you attend and buy a ticket for.

I’m really sorry. A friend recommended it to me after I saw it on his website and I thought buying the latest version would be the smartest thing to do. I probably should have checked the demos out first.

Let me know what I should do now thanks. I also sent this to the sales email, but I’m not sure if I’m supposed to reply to that one so I’m posting here as well.
