on my website, the user used a 100% discount promotion code but my user still getting pending payment email so have any setting for disabling this email when the user used a 100% discount voucher

Hi there,

I’m not able re-produce this on my test sites as 100% discount sets the registration to Approved which then triggers the Registration Approved message for me.

Can you link me to the event so I can view the set up?

If you can send me the promotion code I’ll run a test registration to see if anything stands out. (you can mark your reply private so only EE staff can view it.

Hi there,

I registered onto one of your events and used the voucher, the only email I’ve received so far is the Registration Approved email with ‘Your Event Registration Details’ as the subject.

Are there any specific steps I need to take to reproduce this?
