Hi Support,

I cannot see where to get VIP help. I have EE4.7 and the 404 url not found comes up when a calendar event is clicked on. We have gone through things many times. We cannot see where this URL is gathered from. I want to buy $5 VIP but cannot. We need urgent support and can give you wordpress login if needed.

The calendar is not on the menu yet, the site is canvas livingayurveda.co.uk.

What happens when you try to purchase that is preventing you?

As a note the VIP membership basically bumps your forum threads to the front of the queue, we ensure VIP threads are answered within 24-48 hours (usually much fast than this)

If you require us to log into your site and fix issues you will need to purchase a Priority Support Token.

Can you link us to the Calendar page so we can view what is happening please?

Have you tried refreshing your permalinks? Go to Dashboard -> Settings -> Permalinks. Make no changes and just click to save the settings.
