I am getting an error message 122

When I try and complete a ticket purchase in test mode I receive the error message “Overriding Duplicate Threshold is not allowed for this processor” code 122.

What do I need to change or do differently. I could find only one reference to error code 122 and the solution seemed specific to the user.

We are using NMI payment gateway with a plug in from WP Gateway plus ins.

Hi there,

I don’t have any experience with the above and as we didn’t write the code for that payment method it isn’t own we provide support for ourselves so you’ll need to contact WPGateways to help with this further.

However, I did do a quick search for the error you post and found this:

(Note it’s not related to Event Espresso but the error is the same)

They state:

Note: If you get an error about “Overriding Duplicate Threshold is not allowed” you’ll need to contact your merchant account provider to have them remove that restriction.

So this sounds like a restriction on your account rather than an issue with the payment method itself.
