HTML and Strikethroughs in receipts, invoices and confirmations

Hi,

We have an issue where our receipts and and confirmations have html code visible, sometimes there are errors on images, and also strikethrough on receipts. The PDF’s are also not “clean”.

Hi there,

Have you modified the Html Receipt Template or the Email Registration Approved Template at all? If not, you might try resetting those message templates. In your WordPress admin, Go to Event Espresso > Messages > Default Message Templates, then edit/open an affected template and try the Reset Templates option/button.
