I don’t see how users cancel their reservations in EE4. I created a page using the shortcode [ESPRESSO_MY_EVENTS] but it doesn’t show anything except for the shortcode on the page. Please help. |
Hello, Event Espresso 4 doesn’t support that feature at this time. This feature is only available with Event Espresso 3 at the moment. However, I think a developer familiar with EE4 could add this feature. |

So how are users supposed to cancel reservations? |
They will need to contact the Event Admin and have them cancel the registration for them. Also if the events is a paid event, the admin will need to issue a refund through your payment gateway, Event Espresso does not issue refunds through your gateway automatically when cancelling a registration. |

I understand the refund part. I’m just concerned about the user having an easy method to be able to request the cancellation / refund. Thank you. |

We just finished up a big development push to get 4.6 released, since work on many of the add-ons could not proceed until the changes to core in 4.6 were finished. Now that 4.6 is out, one of our main focuses is to resume work on the add-ons. Included in that is the WP User Integration add-on, which has some basic functionality in it’s alpha state now. One of the features that is being added into it now is a User “My Events” page, where they will be able to cancel registrations. Also tiered ticket pricing so certain tickets will only be available to certain membership levels. |

Ok thanks for the info. I’ll try to wait patiently. |
