For security purposes, we cannot create a paypal account for you. You will be required to create your own paypal account to configure your password, email address, bank account information, etc. All that is sensitive data that you should configure privately.
We can help you configure Event Espresso and PayPal together, but we will not require most of that sensitive data directly.
