Hi,
My website will not allow group registrations http://www.networkingwa.com.au/events/?ee=48 despite the fact I have purchased the multiple bookings addon. I added the Site licence key but is says in my account that it is not active. What am I doing wrong?

The site license key only affects the one-click upgrading feature, so the two issues should be unrelated. In the event editor under Event Options in the right sidebar should be an option for “allow group registrations”. In addition to activating that, you will need to specify a “max group registrants” greater than 1. If both those are correct and you are still not getting the option in the registration form for multiple attendees, then it may be an issue with your template files. If they have been customized, the multiple attendee feature may have been disabled. Try switching back to the stock template files.
