How to translate alert() from JavaScript code

For example, the seating chart add-on uses quite a few of calls to alert(), with hardcoded text messages. For example:
alert(‘Seating chart not available.’);
How can we setup a translation for such cases?
Thank you.

Hi Cristi,

It looks like those strings are hardcoded with no wp_localisation in effect.

I can raise a ticket to look into it, but with focus being on EE4 (which does localize JavaScript) I cannot say if or when it would be tackled.

Agree, but at least you should reconsider the pricing for this (alpha) add-on which offers almost no support for its EE3 version…
