How to test the upgrade procedure?

Hi,
I have set up a dev environment on our web server with a different sub domain:

dev-events.joondalup.wa.gov.au

I would like to test the upgrade procedure on that server to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Our licence covers events.joondalup.wa.gov.au but the this test subdomain.
I get a message saying: “Your current account does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain”

What should I do? Is there a way to do it?

Hi,

The licence only works on one site and subdomains are treated as distinct and separate sites.

If you are just wanting to test the latest version to make sure it is compatible etc you can download it from your account page and upload to your site via FTP or WordPress’ plugin uploader (Plugins > Add New > Upload).
