Our registers are getting two Registration Details emails in their in-box. One has a lot of data (the one called ‘Your Event Registration Details’) and the other just has an email on it. That one is called the ‘Group Registration Details” and we want to eliminate this Group one… I’m confused as to how I can do this.
It sounds like you’re sending out to both the Registrant and Primary Registrant. To stop sending the message for the Primary Registrant only, you go in to edit the Message template (likely the Registration Approved Template), and remove the shortcode from the To: field, then save. They’ll still get the message for the Registrant Recipient.
