Hi there, I have EE4 with Ticketing, Barcode Scanner and MailChimp add ons. I have just set up all of my messenger templates and performed a test registration. I received Registration Details, Payment Details and Ticket details emails. However, I am now receiving duplicate emails around once an hour, every hour. Can you please help me stop this?
Hmm, not that I know of. However, I confess I know very little about it. I’ll ask my host. Google was unable to tell me how to check if I have it. It did however make it seem a pretty important thing to have for a website though…
Caching is an important thing to have! But it does need to be configured correctly when an e-commerce solution like Event Espresso is being use.
