Hello Support Team,

I was wondering how can I set maximum capacity for two different ticket sales for one event. I have two different ticket sales dates (one after the other) set for one event but the spots an Event. How can I set the available spots to be calculated after the first ticket sale ends, so in the next event sales there are the remaining spots available?

Here is a link to the event that I have uploaded in the website I am building for a client: https://anric2021.wpengine.com/events/asme-section-iii-an-overview-2/

Best Regards

Hi there,

For your current setup, you would set the overall limit on the datetime.

The datetime is the instance of the event, so lets say you have 100 tickets for your ASME SECTION III – AN OVERVIEW datetime, set the limits on it to 100.

Both of your tickets grant access to that datetime, you can either set a specific limit on each of those tickets or leave them for a combination of any sales.

So say you only wanted to sell 10 early bird tickets, set that specific ticket limit to 10, otherwise leave them both set to 100.

With a datetime limit of 100 and both tickets set with a limit of 100 EE will allow a max combined sold value from both of those tickets to be 100.

That could be 27 Early Bird and 73 normal, any combination of the 2.

Is that what you are looking for?
