How to send the invoice

Hi, support team

I am having trouble to find the setting of how to set an automatically send an invoice to the people who use a 100% free promotion code. It does not send me the invoice when I applied the code.

Please help,

Hi Yen,

Normally an invoice isn’t sent after a registration. Instead, there’s an email that can include a link to an invoice. What you can do is add the
[INVOICE_LINK] shortcode to your site’s Registration Approved message template that’s used for the Registrant Recipient. You go to Event Espresso > Messages > Default Message Templates, then edit the Registrant’s Registration Approved message type template.
