how to open spaces in another class?

I had a class fill up. So I opened another session at an earlier time in the day. New participants can’t register for the new session however because it’s showing the class is full (from the people registered in the later class)

How do I resolve this?

My max participants in each class is 5. Do I need to set the attendee limit for 10 and then set the QTY for each class at 5?

Hello,

You can create a new event based on the prior event. The attendee limit that appears under Event Options is the maximum amount of people that can attend this event.

Once this new event is published, then you can add a link for this new event to the description area for the original event.
