How to move ticket selector from top in EE4 as it was prior to 4.2.9.p

We liked having the ticket selector further down after some event details where provided in the event description, is there a way in the template to change the order as it was prior to EE4 4.2.9.p which had this Enhancement:
“Move ticket selector towards top of page to improve speed of registrations”
