Where do I need to make modifications to move “Add to cart” link next to “Register Now” button?

Hi,

There isn’t an easy way to move that.

However, the calendar will feature an add to cart icon/button in future releases. If you wish, the current beta version of the calendar in the Pre Release has that functionality.
