How to modify text of “Invoice/Payment Reminder”?
Please advice.
The default copy like below:
> Dear [fname] [lname], Our records show that we have not received
> your payment of [cost] for [event_link]. Please visit
> [payment_url] to view your payment options. [invoice_link]
> Sincerely,My Site
In the Attendee view/edit payment where you send that email from you can edit it there.
If you want the email to be edited permanently the best option is to create an email in the Email Manager and when in the Attendee view/edit payment screen, select that email from the dropdown list that will appear next to “Use a pre-existing email?” and send the invoice reminder
