I’m using a shortcode to display a table for upcoming events:
[ESPRESSO_TABLE max_days=”540″ qty=”20″ category_identifier=”sustainingexcellence”]

The table looks like this

Is there a way to modify the columns? For example, I’d like to rename the “start date” to “Date”, and replace “end date” with “City” and have that column display the city of the given event.

Hi,

It appears the template was already modified, because the stock template for [ESPRESSO_TABLE] already includes a column for “City”. So you could download a fresh copy of the EE3 custom file’s add-on and compare its copy to your copy of that template. You’ll find that template in the custom files add-on’s /templates folder. Its name is espresso_table.php

Hi Josh,

The system is asking me to pay for the add on again. Anything you can do to help me out?

THanks!

The reason it’s asking for renewal is because the EE3 Personal License does not include most of the add-ons (including the custom files add-on). You can download an unsupported copy of the add-on for free from GitHub:

https://github.com/eventespresso/espresso-custom-files

Or, your support license does include the Custom Template Add-on v1.1.p, which can be used instead. Here’s information on how to use the newer Custom Template add-on:
