how to make notes under an attendee's name for a specific event?

sometime attendee needs to reschedule events.
is there a note field that we can enable for internal use?

Hello,

You can create a new question and use the textarea option and then set it to admin view only. This will make this available on the attendee record screen but it won’t appear on the front end registration:
