How to handle re-booking / payment

Hi there,
How can we handle the following situation:
A client booked an event but want to change the date afterwards. I can’t find a way to transfer the payment over to a new time slot and open up the original spot for another booking. Once there is a payment attached to the transaction it can’t be changed.
What would you recommend in this case.

Hi Kerstin,

We recommend using the Attendee Mover add-on, which will cancel the original registration and make a new registration for the new time slot:
