from the thank you page we have not a “back” button, meaning that if we clicked on bank wire for error, we need to restart to registration totally, not good….tried via browser back button and it allow me to start again from step 2.

Hi,
What you can do is update the site to Event Espresso version 4.9.81.p. What that will do is restore the Transactions section of the Thank You page. The Transactions section has two links that take you to the payment options page. Here’s a screenshot of what that section looks like:
