Hi there,

right now I am in the test phase, I “booked” Registered a couple of Events and afterwards deleted the Test Bookings.

But when I look at the Ticket Details they still show.

Why is that and how can i get rid of the Bookings in order to set the Ticket Counter to zero ?

Thank you

Hi Serdar,

Moving registrations to the trash and then deleting them (two part removal) should reverse the counter on the tickets in the event editor.

However, if you edit a ticket such as changing price, then Event Espresso will archive a ticket which makes it locked.

If this happens, then you would need to remove this archived ticket through the database in the dbprefix_esp_tickets (wp_esp_tickets) table.

If you are seeing something different, then please share a screenshot of the ticket editor in the event editor and we’ll share more feedback.

Thanks again.
