How to generate and obtain the Registrations CSV in an automated way?

I have built a fair amount of logic and data analysis on top of the Registrations CSV file and would like to keep using it instead of reinventing all of it using the JSON API.

Currently, I have to manually login to the web site and generate the CSV report.

Is there a way to have this done automatically? I have tried using the Curl utility, and am able to “login” and even start the Registrations export, but it finally ends with this output:

Generating file event-espresso-registrations-2021-01-10-16-48-12.csv...
0% (1/1444)

The file will download automatically when done, and then you will be redirected.
Registrations report started successfully...

An error occurred and the job has been stopped. Please refresh the page to try again.

Any suggestions or alternatives are appreciated!
