I want to show only the event-staff name(s) on event page and event registration page, embedding it in a link to a personal staff-page.
How can I do that using shortcodes?

Hi
There is no easy way to do this that looks good, you would have to create a custom shortcode to enable you to edit the code to add in a link around the staff members name.

Oh, I found a quite easy way:
Modifing sql-query in event-list.php, adding
.. GROUP_CONCAT(DISTINCT st.name ORDER BY st.id ASC) staff_name ..
As resulted events are grouped by event_id, staff name field will be concateneted instead of reduced to the value of the first row.
Exploding $events->staff_name – string gives me an array with all names I need.
Not very difficult!
