how to enter ticket purchase for customers

Hi there
EE4 appears to be working well for us. Although, I have to admit, we are still learning new things with every event we post with EE.

Here are 2 questions regarding ticket purchases:

Scenario 1:
I receive a call from a customer who wants to register for one of our events and he wants me to enter the information into the system instead of going through the online registration himself. How do I do that other than going through the official online registration on our website? Is there a way to enter that information from “the backside” aka when I am logged into my website?

Scenario 2:
Someone shows up to the event who had not registered prior to the event. All ticket sales officially end at 11:59pm the day before the event. How can I enter that customer into the system?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

You can use the featured outlined here:

and, if you install the Admin Only Tickets add-on (mentioned in the above-linked article) you can set up an admin only ticket that’s available for registration after ticket sales are officially ended.
