My question is:
I require more registration information from my attendees than what seems to be allowed. For example, I only see a place for Name and email. I also require mailing address, phone number, and other pieces of information.
Is there a way to obtain this information using add-ons, or options already embedded in EE3?
Please advise as this information is crucial in my registration.

You create your custom questions within Event Espresso -> Questions.
You can then either create a custom question group (Event Espresso -> Question Groups) and assign your questions to that group, or add those questions to a System Question group (such as the Personal Information group)
Then (if using a custom group) within the event editor assign that group to the attendees.
