How to do large WordPress User Import for EE4 registrations

Hi everybody! I am so close to wrapping this project up.. last phase is creating the Infusionsoft campaigns and adding the Users into WordPress so they can start registering (only users with specific roles can purchase specific types of tickets).

What I need to figure out now is how to import a WHOLE BUNCH of new users into the system.. essentially WordPress users with custom roles. I figured I would since I assume this has been done before. Your help is greatly appreciate!

Here’s a plugin that may, or may not work (I haven’t tried it, yet):
