My setup is WordPress 5.2.2 and Event Espresso 4.10.0.p.
How to disable USA states in the “State/Province” registration field.
My default country in organisations settings is Canada as well as in “Countries and States/Provinces”. There are no USA states also on that “Countries and States/Provinces” settings page. But I still see them in the “State/Province” field on registration form.

Hi there,
The ‘Countries and States/Provinces’ page (Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Countries) is the page you use to change the settings for each country, this includes states.
So to remove the US states you go to:
Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Countries.
Select United States on the dropdown and wait a second for the settings to load.
Set the ‘Country Appears in Dropdown Select Lists’ to No and save.
That will remove the US from the country dropdown and EE only loads states for countries that are set to load, so should also remove the states.
