How to delete a locked default ticket

Hi! I have a locked default ticket.

I found this post on the topic: but am not sure where to locate that file. Could you please advise?

Hi Erica,

The information in the other topic was incorrect. The default ticket should not be deleted. Instead, it can be customized by going to Event Espresso > Pricing where you’ll edit the default Base Price there.

If you’re actually looking to remove a locked ticket from an event, that can be done by removing all payments associated with tickets for the locked ticket type (in Event Espresso > Transactions). Then trash & permanently delete all registrations for that ticket. Then you’ll be able to delete that ticket type from the event.
