Hi,
I need to customized some text fields to only numbers with no spaces and text and number only
How can I customized this

Hi Jose,
You can customize fields to only allow only numbers by setting the question type to “Whole Number”. There isn’t currently a question type that restricts to text and number only.

Hi, I dont see that option in my dropdown menu.
By the way, How can I upgrade EE4 without changing some CSS that i changed before?

Hi Jose,
Your software may be out of date. If you are using a current version of Event Espresso 4, then you’ll have access to new types of questions through the questions editor.
You can see the change log here:

We do not recommend editing any core plugin files.
If you have done so, then I recommend moving those changes to a safe location such as a custom CSS area.
Certain themes offer this option. If yours does not, then another option is to use a plugin like Reaktiv CSS Builder (https://wordpress.org/plugins/reaktiv-css-builder/) or Simple Custom CSS (https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-custom-css/).
