I am trying to figure out how to set up a discount if someone registers for two classes. Basically, 1 class is $20, but 2 classes is $30, so they get a $10 discount. How do I do that? http://www.tothepointe.com/event-registration/?ee=120
I’m sorry Lorenzo, but I need better instructions. I don’t have time to keep going back and forth with you about this. I see the add a price button. So, I added a price for a second class, but how does EventEspresso know they are buying 2 classes? Here is the event page. http://www.tothepointe.com/event-registration/?ee=113 The other classes don’t show up on the page and the other pricing option doesn’t either.
The additional ticket option outlined above would only be useful in certain use cases. For example if you have one event that covers several classes over a period of time.
I think what may be better for your use case is using Volume Discounts (it requires Multiple Event Registration as well). With this beta addon, you can assign events to a category (or have it for all events, your choice), and then assign a threshold to trigger a discount.
The likely threshold here would be adding two events to the cart. This will then trigger a discount.
