I’ve been looking all over for this and can’t seem to find it.
The message currently says:
We are sorry but registration for this event is now closed. Please contact us if you would like to know if spaces are still available.

I would like to update the link on “contact us” to go to the correct URL

Hi there are 3 ways to do this:
1) Use the language files to “translate” the text – https://eventespresso.com/wiki/how-to-change-wording-with-poedit/
2) Using a function to “translate” the text – http://www.viper007bond.com/2011/07/13/changing-core-wordpress-strings/
3) Changing the actual file where the text comes from.
I really dont recommend number 3, and if you dont mind some code number 2 is the ideal here. Otherwise use option 1.

Another option would be to install a redirection plugin and create a redirect to the page.
