How do I change the text that is on the registration cancelation page and page where people are taken to if they cancel before checking out?

The registration cancelled page can be found through WordPress pages. It has this shortcode on it:

Yes, I already know that but the content of the page is Auto populated and I need to change the word registration to “Ticket”. What is the php file for this?

We can’t help you modify any core files as your changes will be lost.
However, you can edit the messaging using a gettext filter:
