Are you using EE3 or EE4?

Currently we are using EE3 and we also would like to migrate with EE4.

With EE3 we don’t have an option to send the email to multiple addresses, you would need to use a group email address within the primary contact email address in general settings. The group email.address needs to be set up within your email provider and then add the address you want to send the email to that group.
With EE4 you can use a CC field with the email templates, however I would still recommend using the group email setup from about and just setting EE4 to use that group email.
Do you have both versions running currently or just EE3?
