Dear Support
I have delegates attending at our events coming from the following countries Guernsey and French Southern Territories but after closer look I notice that the aforementioned countries are not listed, also could you let me know how to activate all of them at ones since doing one at the time is very time consuming.

Hi Andy, have you used a tool like PHPMyAdmin before?
If so, this will work:

Hi Lorenzo i have used it to look on the database but i do not have experience with it, so I have no idea where that code goes, could you give me some instructions?

Hi,
Firstly: Back up your database!
Do not attempt any database modifications without a backup!
In PHP My admin, select the correct database
Then click the SQL tab
Paste in the code into the box
Change the yourdatabasename to the correct database name
Click Go button
