I have been trying to edit several of the messages so the text is displayed neatly instead of all the text in a block without success.
Lets take part of the ticket html with editor in “text” mode we have
[VENUE_TITLE]
[VENUE_ADDRESS]
[VENUE_ADDRESS2]
[VENUE_CITY]
[VENUE_STATE]
[VENUE_PHONE]
I would normally expect each to be on a separate line, but that is not the case.
So I added <br /> at the end of each line and save. When you look back the <br /> has been removed. I tried the various other forms of <br>, <\ br> etc.. but same results.
So, I tried using <pre></pre> which gave better results in as much as I now have the line breaks, but of course it changes the font type and size.
Why does the editor remove standard HTML break tag of <BR> when trying to edit messages or events etc?
Did try it on my end, but i cannot reproduce it. Kindly tell me what is that message type, is it Registration Approved ? can you also shoot video showing what you’re doing? you can use loom https://loom.com/
