Hi,
How to add custom styles to new payment menthods like Authorize.net Accept and PayPal Commerce because we want to modify the styles of some of the elements on the checkout Payment page. We are unable to edit or modify the current styles because payment method elements are appearing in the iframe.
Which fields are you looking at changing? I’ll check to see if its possible.
The reason the fields load within an iFrame is to lessen the website owner’s PCI Compliance requirements required for the payment methods. However, this means the fields load on the payment provider server and load within an iFrame on ‘your’ site. The styling options you have then depend on what that provider offers on their side.
Auth.net provide some limited options to change the styles used for those from within your Auth.net account.
Log into the Auth.net account then go to Account -> Payment Form.
You’ll find options for Colours and Fonts, Header/Footer and Form fields.
