Hello,
Currently, the Wait List will just deliver the name and the email address.
How can I add additional questions to the Wait List form?
It would be great to also get especially the phone number and also some other data.

I am using EE 4.9.63.p with WP 4.9.25

Thank you for contacting us today.
From the above, it seems you are using an older version of the EE plugin, you need to update it to the latest version which is 5.0.19.

Regarding the waitlist form, there are no options to add custom fields to it.
However, you can use a snippet like this to add a phone field:
