How the heck do I use my premium support tokens?

I can see where to buy them but now where to use them.

If you’d like, you can send us support details directly through our contact form:

Please send us the details of your support request along with WordPress admin level log in credentials along with FTP credentials via the contact form on this page: http://eventespresso.com/contact/

Select the “I am sending login info as requested” department form.

I’ll send an email. However, when I choose “support” from the department drop down, it throws up a notice not to use email for support but the forum instead. Then gives a link for priority support that simply takes you to the page to purchase tokens but nothing telling where to submit priority support requests.

Unless I’m missing something.
