How the heck do I use my premium support tokens?

I can see where to buy them but now where to use them.

Please send us the details of your support request along with WordPress admin level log in credentials along with FTP credentials via the contact form on this page: https://eventespresso.com/contact/

Select the “I am sending login info as requested” department form.

I’ll send an email. However, when I choose “support” from the department drop down, it throws up a notice not to use email for support but the forum instead. Then gives a link for priority support that simply takes you to the page to purchase tokens but nothing telling where to submit priority support requests.

Unless I’m missing something.

Thanks for the feedback. We will add a form for support token purchases to get faster service.
