Select the “I am sending login info as requested” department form.
I’ll send an email. However, when I choose “support” from the department drop down, it throws up a notice not to use email for support but the forum instead. Then gives a link for priority support that simply takes you to the page to purchase tokens but nothing telling where to submit priority support requests.
Thanks for the feedback. We will add a form for support token purchases to get faster service.
