I am trying to set up a tournament and firstly attendees can register in a selected ticket (where each ticket represents a city), with price=0 (free).
But in a second phase (some weeks later) I want to send to first registers a mail in order them to make a payment. How to do this?? Pplease help.

Solved. I set up event as “Not Approval” by default

Hi there,
I’m glad you found a solution.
Just to note when using the ‘Not Approved’ status, when you want to allow the user to make a payment (especially if using a Payment Method within EE for the payments) you need to switch the status from Not Approved to allow this.
I would recommend setting the status of the registration to ‘Pending Payment’ when you want the user to make a payment (If you alow trigger notifications when doing this the users will receive the ‘Pending Payment’ message which contains a link to pay).
