How does Intuit gateway work?

I’m an old customer. I have a CPR training company and use public proprietary software for my class enrollment. However, this software does not have an Intuit gateway. The developers and I are having a hard time understanding how to implement it.

How did you get the gateway to work and be used by multiple clients with Intuit accounts? Any help would be appreciated.
