How do you register an attendee as a new user upon completion of registration?

We want to have it set so a new user account is created automatically for a new attendee upon completion of the registration form.

We have a developer’s license, is there an Add-on that accomplishes this?

You can do this by using the sample code below:

It can be added to your child theme’s functions.php file or a site specific plugin:
