How do I send "Registration Approved" message to a second email address?

My event is for High School kids. In addition to the student (primary registrant) getting confirmation, I want their parent (parent1-name) to also get it. How do I do that?

Hi, there isn’t currently a CC feature but here is a workaround that will collect this information.

Create a ticket called Parent/Guardian. Then move that ticket to be the primary ticket (change the order in the event editor and save changes).

Then when a registering, a student will select the parent option and the student option. After registration a notification will be sent to both parties.

Great. But when you say “Create a ticket”, what exactly do you mean? A question that goes in the form? If so, what type of question? Thanks again,

I think I get it. Adding an actual ticket… but wouldn’t that be confusing for the user? They’d see both tickets… and have to select both even though the parent isn’t going to the event.

Right, that is a limitation as you can’t currently CC an email address.
